Chipeque Viewpoint
Without a doubt, one of the most spectacular viewpoints in Tenerife is this one, located in the municipality of Santa Úrsula and accessed on the way to Teide via La Esperanza. From here you can appreciate the characteristic sea of clouds with one of the best views of Mount Teide and a dreamlike sunset.
Viewpoint of the 500 Steps
In the municipality of Tacoronte you will find this hidden viewpoint in the Jardín del Sol residential area, with incredible views of the beaches on the north coast of the island, crowned by Mount Teide. Of course, to get to the viewpoint you have to go down and up numerous steps, but it’s worth it for the scenery.
Mirador de Cruz del Carmen
Within the Anaga Rural Park, amidst its emblematic laurel forest is this beautiful viewpoint with views of La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, in the background you can make out the Teide. Without a doubt, this is a viewpoint that will take your breath away and where you can take incredible photographs.
Mirador de Los Campitos
There is no better place to observe the island’s capital than the Los Campitos viewpoint. More urban in character, it offers you the chance to see every building in Santa Cruz, the capital’s port and even the Anaga Massif. A different viewpoint but also full of beauty.
Mirador de Archipenque
At the other end of the island, in the municipality of Santiago del Teide, is this famous viewpoint with views of the Los Gigantes Cliffs, one of Tenerife's most important natural monuments. In addition to the marvellous views, this viewpoint has a cafeteria and a shop where you can buy souvenirs.
