El Santiago Bernabéu

The Santiago Bernabéu has seen Real Madrid legends run up and down the sidelines. A stadium on the Paseo de la Castellana where more than 80,000 people gather to watch the club in action and which has witnessed a flurry of titles that would later be celebrated in the Cibeles fountain. Soon it will be even more spectacular, as it is undergoing a thorough renovation that will change it completely.

It is certainly one of the biggest football stadiums in Spain that you should not miss if you are visiting the capital.

Camp Nou

In the Les Corts district of Barcelona is the incredible Camp Nou. Inaugurated on 24 September 1957, it was the inaugural venue for the 1982 World Cup.

It is currently the largest stadium in Europe with a capacity for 99,354 people. It has a maximum height of 49.67 metres and a surface area of 58,760 square metres (260 metres long and 226 metres wide).

Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium

In 2017, Atlético de Madrid fans bid a sad farewell to the Vicente Calderón. But they left for a new stadium that is all about modernity, the Cívitas Metropolitano.

The new football venue has a more than considerable capacity of 68,000 spectators, 96% of whom remain under cover. Its impressive roof is one of the hallmarks of the facility, with a surface of 46,500 square metres of fibreglass and polytetrafluoroethylene. In addition, its structure of different heights gives it a wave format that makes it even more spectacular.

Estadio Benito Villamarín

The Estadio Benito Villamarín is the home of Real Betis Balompié and is the backbone of the whole culture and philosophy of Real Betis Balompié. With a capacity of 60,721 spectators, it is the fourth largest in our country, making it another of the largest football stadiums in Spain. In addition, the stadium has recently been fitted with new lighting with more sustainable solutions.
