Palmitos Park is a zoo-botanical park located in the south of Gran Canaria, 10 km from the Faro de Maspalomas.
It was founded in 1978 and was completely renovated in 2008 to form a botanical space and zoological park. A place where all the nature is concentrated, making it ideal for children.

Its garden has the largest collections of orchids in the Canary Islands, as well as dozens of species from tropical areas and Australia. The largest garden in Europe with hundreds of butterflies flying free.
Its star show is the dolphins. Here we can enjoy these incredible animals and even if we pay a little more we can swim with them for about 30 minutes.
